Our Program.

Each year, “BOSS” holds an immersive summer program for young women (ages 15-18) interested in professional careers of any kind. The program takes place in St. Louis, Missouri, and aims to accelerate personal and professional development by exposing students to unique education and career options, demystifying the college, internship, and job search processes, providing development resources, and teaching practical life skills. Through lectures from industry professionals, interactive workshops, field trips to local businesses, and monthly mentorship and coaching, students are equipped with the tools to enter --and remain-- in the workforce as one’s best, most well-rounded self.
